Fabulorium is made by Layerforged (Andrés de Mingo), Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@layerforged.com.
What we collect and why
If you sign up for updates, we store your email address and the date you confirmed it. We use it only to send occasional news about Fabulorium and Layerforged, such as development updates and the Kickstarter launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by confirming the link we email you.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts this website and the signup form.
- Upstash stores the list of confirmed signups and unsubscribes.
- Our email provider (optyma) delivers the messages.
We do not sell or share your address with anyone else, and our emails contain no tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us. After you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did, so we never email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@layerforged.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
